When's the next drop?
One a year. Roughly the same week each spring. Sign up to email updates in the footer and you'll know before anyone else.
How do I know what size to get?
Each piece lists its volume in litres on the product page. A tote and a sling are everyday-load (8–12L), a backpack and a messenger sit around 18–22L, the duffel takes a long weekend (35L). The gym sack is a gym sack.
What are they made of?
Mostly waxed cotton canvas, with cotton webbing and brass hardware. The exact spec is on each product page. Nothing exotic, nothing you can't patch.
How do I look after them?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth. Don't machine wash. Re-wax the canvas every couple of years if it dries out — any waxed-cotton bar from a hardware shop will do. Hardware patinas; that's on purpose.

Can I return it?
30 days, unused, with tags. Full process on the shipping page.
Do you do custom or wholesale?
No custom. Wholesale only if it's a shop we'd carry the bag in ourselves — email us and we'll have a chat.
